Install the correct driver for your token before signing in to the DSC portal or downloading your certificate.

Note: Precision Innait drivers are hosted directly by the manufacturer, so the downloaded file will keep Innait's own filename regardless of browser or link settings.

Step-by-step guide to format and initialize your USB DSC token before downloading a new certificate.
HYP2003 Format Tool
Download
- Download and install the Initialize Tool
- Open the Initialize Tool on your computer
- Click the "Initialize" or "Format" button in the software
- Confirm — all existing data will be permanently deleted
- Set a new PIN for the token to complete initialization
PROXKEY Format Tool
- Double-click the WD PROXKey icon on your desktop
- Press Ctrl + Alt + W to reveal the Admin option
- Click + next to Admin, then select Initialize Token
- Click Initialization to confirm — do not unplug the token
- Press OK to erase all previous certificates and continue
- Unlocked token PIN will be 123456
Precision Format Tool
- Open Software
- Click on Admin
- PIN will be 123456
- Click On Zeroize Key
- Click Initialization to confirm. Do not unplug the token
- All previous certificates will be erased. Press OK to continue
- Unlocked token PIN will be 123456
Note: the Precision tool is hosted on the manufacturer's server, so it will download with its own filename.
