2. Service Eligibility and Registration

To apply for a Digital Signature Certificate through our portal, you must guarantee that all identification papers, organization records, and data provided are valid, true, and match official government registries (such as Income Tax, MCA, or DGFT systems). Providing false identification documentation is a punishable offense under respective IT laws.

3. Issuance and Cryptographic Tokens

• Verification: Certificate issuance is contingent upon successful verification parameters (such as video, mobile, and document checks) mandated by Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA) protocols.
• Hardware Tokens: If your order includes a FIPS-compliant USB cryptographic hardware token (e.g., ProxKey, mToken), the delivery timeline is subject to courier availability in your region.

4. Fee Structure and Refunds

All application and processing fees for DSC products listed on our pricing matrix are detailed dynamically prior to checkout. Because digital security assets involve cryptographic generation tailored strictly to your specific legal entity or personal identity, fees are non-refundable once the application has been processed or submitted to the Certifying Authority.

5. Data Privacy and Document Processing

We respect your highly sensitive identity documents. Any information uploaded via our secure application forms (Individual, Organization, or Foreign Forms) is managed exclusively for validation objectives under our Privacy Policy. iSaral Business Solutions Pvt Ltd never distributes or retains your personal encryption keys.

6. Limitation of Liability

iSaral Business Solutions Pvt Ltd functions as a registration service facilitator. We are not liable for any delays in authorization caused by downstream technical system outages of official Certifying Authorities (CAs), or user error during verification steps.

7. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these terms to align with emerging regulatory changes concerning electronic authentication infrastructure. Continued site utilization acts as your standard consent to amended updates.
