Do I need this if I already have a token? ⌄

If your token is already installed and working, you don't need this. It's most useful for first-time setup, a new device, or when your token stops being detected by a portal after a system update.

Which token brands do you support? ⌄

We support all major FIPS-certified USB tokens commonly issued with DSCs, regardless of brand. If you're unsure whether your token is supported, message us on WhatsApp before booking.

How long does a session take? ⌄

Most sessions take 15 to 25 minutes, depending on your device and how much software needs to be installed. We won't end the call until your test signature works.

What do I need to have ready? ⌄

Just your USB token plugged into the computer you'll be signing from, and a stable internet connection for the screen-share session.

Can I book this alongside a Priority or Enterprise plan? ⌄

Yes. This session is included with Priority and Enterprise plans, but if you're on Basic or just need a one-off session, you can book it separately at any time.

What if the issue isn't fixed in one session? ⌄

In the rare case a hardware fault or portal-side issue prevents setup from completing, we'll follow up at no extra charge until it's resolved or escalated appropriately.
