Do I need a paid plan to buy a DSC? ⌄
No. The Basic plan is free and included with every DSC order — it covers self-service application, email support, and standard token delivery. Paid plans (Priority, Enterprise) are optional upgrades for faster issuance and more hands-on support.
Does the plan price include the certificate itself? ⌄
No. Plan pricing covers the level of support and service only. The DSC certificate itself is billed separately according to our DSC Price List, based on the certificate type (Individual, Organisation, DGFT, etc.) and validity period you choose.
Can I upgrade from Basic to Priority mid-year? ⌄
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. We'll prorate the remaining months on your new plan, so you only pay the difference for the time left in your current billing cycle.
How is Enterprise pricing calculated? ⌄
Enterprise pricing is based on the number of certificates you need (10+), your renewal frequency, and whether you need extras like doorstep delivery or custom onboarding. Contact our sales team for a tailored quote.
What happens if I don't renew my plan? ⌄
Your account automatically reverts to the free Basic plan when a paid plan lapses. Your existing DSC certificates remain valid until their own expiry date — only the support-plan benefits (priority queue, dedicated support, managed renewals) are paused.
Can I cancel a plan and get a refund? ⌄
You can cancel anytime from your account. Refunds are prorated for any unused full months remaining on an annual plan, minus any services (like express issuance or token setup sessions) already used.
